Pinion Induction Heater is supplied with automatic or manual Roll-sliding arrangement for standard yoke 80x80x410 mm. The arrangement is designed that the yoke acquires lifted automatically or mechanically from the supports without damaging, rubbing and scraping mating surfaces. It provides ease of operation, extra safety and improved productivity.
Our Induction Heater is well designed to heat the bearings, and other shrink-fit elements prior to the mounting, by the use of latest technology and intelligent electronic controls that are micro-controller based. The bearings' life and other components' may get cut short because of rough handling and inaccurate installation or mounting techniques. It can be confronted by expanding them by induction heating for mounting of the components.
These are available in various models for mounting purposes, and the range of bearings is having bore size 10 mm and above.
