Available with us is an array of hydraulic equipment like Oil Injector Pump(Model - Pie / 1001) that is primarily an oil injector pump that is designed to operate up to 3000 kg/cm2 giving adequate pressure for all normal dismounting applications.

System :

• The pressure required to dismount bearing assemblies is 200 to 500 kg/cm2 range, and for torque-transmission joints is 800 to 1800 kg/cm2 range
• In optional case, the pressure required is 2500 to 3000 kg/cm2 is required

Application Area:

• This system has diverse applications, starting from small components to extremely large ones with cylindrical or taper seats
• It is extensively used for mounting and dismounting components with interference fits which are transmitting large fluctuating loads, such as gears, flywheels, crankshafts, couplings and bearings

Mounting & Dismounting:

• Oil Injection System is the sole procedure of mounting and dismounting for shrunk fit components without causing any damage
• This method helps reduce, or almost eliminate the mounting and dismounting force
