The arrangement is designed that the yoke acquires lifted automatically or mechanically from the supports without damaging, rubbing and scraping mating surfaces. Our Induction Heater is well designed to heat the bearings, and other shrink-fit elements prior to the mounting, by the use of latest technology and intelligent electronic controls that are micro-controller based. The bearings' life and other components' may get cut short because of rough handling and inaccurate installation or mounting techniques. It can be confronted by expanding them by induction heating for mounting of the components.
These are available in various models for mounting purposes, and the range of bearings is having bore size 10 mm and above. Economical, fast & safe heating of bearings are the key features of these products. Our line of product has medium capacity to heat the components with micro controller based intelligent electronic controls. It is portable, and can be easily carried to the operation site, using especially designed handle given on both the sides.
