When a component is heated with the induction coil it acquires magnetism strong enough to attract iron particles and iron dust. To combat this problem, it is essential to eradicate the residual magnetism after heating. The control panel of Model- PIR 40 is designed in a manner that facilitates fast demagnetization by using the heating coil itself.
